ABOUT THE NEST
The Nest is a furnished, three story, three-bedroom house, (100 m²), with private entrance and garden. It is suitable for up to 6 people and decorated with original artworks. It is situated in the small hamlet of Couzinet, just a kilometre from the village of Montaut in the Ariège department of Midi-Pyrénées.
The open-plan ground floor of the house has a modern, well equipped, kitchen, dining area with a French-window to the garden and a very comfortable lounge area with flat-screen TV, DVD player and Chromecast streaming device.

On the first floor is a double bedroom across the full width of the front of the house, a twin bedroom with the window over-looking the garden and a bathroom with toilet, basin, shower/bath, and washing machine.

On the second floor is another very spacious room with a double and a single futon, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite WC and basin.

The secluded garden, of lawn, flowerbeds and terraces, backs onto pastures. Relax in the sunshine or dappled shade and listen to the birds.
The Nest est une maison de trois étages, trois chambres, (100 m²), avec entrée privée, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et décorée avec des œuvres d'art originales. Elle est située dans le petit hameau de Couzinet, à un kilomètre du village de Montaut dans le département de l'Ariège en Midi-Pyrénées.
Le rez-de-chaussée ouvert de la maison dispose d'une cuisine moderne, bien équipée, salle à manger avec une porte-fenêtre donnant sur le jardin et un salon très confortable avec télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD et dispositif de diffusion de Chromecast.
Au premier étage se trouve une chambre double sur toute la largeur de l'avant de la maison, une chambre à deux lits avec la fenêtre donnant sur le jardin et une salle de bain avec WC, lavabo, douche / baignoire et machine à laver.
Au deuxième étage une autre chambre, très spacieuse est équipée d’un futon double et un simple, ainsi que d’un dressing et WC.

La maison bénéficie d'un jardin clos et calme, avec parterre de fleurs, terraces et vue sur les pâturages. Détendez-vous au soleil ou à l'ombre tachetée et écoutez les oiseaux.
